Lumina Stream
Media tool for Windows.
This program runs locally on your Windows PC. In normal operation it does not send any usage or telemetry data to us. We only process personal data when you download the program (server logs) or contact support.
What data is processed
All files and input you work with in the program stay on your computer. There is no account or cloud requirement.
Downloading the installer creates the usual server log data (IP address, time, file, user agent) for secure delivery.
When you contact support we process your name, email address, program name, system/device details and your problem description.

Providing the program for download and handling support requests.
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure delivery), and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for support where applicable.
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Support requests are deleted once resolved.
