Survey (ProblemRadar)

The ProblemRadar survey platform is for market research: you describe everyday or work problems so we can design suitable solutions and apps. Participation is voluntary and largely possible without providing personal data.

What data is processed

01
Survey session

A random response code, the source (e.g. full/quick survey), the language and timestamps — without a real name.

02
Optional details

Optionally a name and a rough age group. You can leave both out.

03
Problem details

Problem area, description, frequency, severity (0–10) and optionally your current workaround.

04
Email consent

Only if you explicitly opt in: your email address for follow-ups/results, stored with an unsubscribe token. Revocable at any time.

Good to know

Recommendations

Based on your input, a suitability score for existing apps may be calculated automatically (problem, features, context, platform, privacy, price). No profiling with legal effect takes place; any recommendations shown are non-binding.

Unsubscribe

If you provided an email, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message or your unsubscribe token.

Purpose, legal basis & storage

Purpose

Market research, analysing problem clusters and — on request — relevant, low-key app recommendations.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (market research); Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for email opt-in.

Retention

Survey data is stored for analysis and anonymised or deleted once no longer needed. Email entries until you withdraw consent.
