The shop offers digital products only. To process your order we handle the contract and payment data you provide.
What data is processed
First and last name, email address, optionally phone number and billing address, plus the order details (product, amount, order number).
Payment method (PayPal or prepayment/bank transfer). With PayPal the data required for payment is transmitted to PayPal; with prepayment the data needed for reconciliation.
Technically necessary cart and session data to provide the shop function.
Digital delivery via a personal, signed download link or by email. No postal shipping.
Purpose, legal basis & storage
Fulfilling the purchase contract, payment processing, digital delivery and statutory record-keeping.
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (purchase contract), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (retention), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (session/cart).
Order and invoice data are subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. § 147 AO, § 257 HGB) — usually up to ten years.
