This app generally processes your data locally on your device or within the Apple ecosystem (e.g. iCloud, if you enable it). We do not collect any usage or telemetry data from the app through this website. A connection to us is only created when you contact app support.
What data is processed
Your input and content (e.g. notes, settings) stay on the device and are synced, if at all, via your own iCloud — never transferred to us.
If you request support by email, we process your name, email address, app name, device/system details and your problem description to handle the request.
Purchase, download and updates run through the Apple App Store. Apple processes any data involved under its own privacy policy.
Health-related input (e.g. medication reminders) stays locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Purpose, legal basis & storage
Providing the app features, distribution via the App Store, and handling support requests.
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (app/support relationship), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Support requests are deleted once resolved, unless a retention obligation applies. App data lives on your device and is controlled by you.
